Legastat, Full time staff (Reprographic Operator). May 2019 – Current

This job requires me to copy, scan, bind and QC important court bundles and papers for various clients for the company. It has taught me to work quickly and efficiently, it has also taught me the skills to quality check my colleagues work as well as mine. I have a lot of responsibility in this job as it requires me to keep the original bundles/ documents safe and not be leaked to any person that isn’t directly working on the job.

John Lewis, Full time staff (Sales assistant) September 2018 – May 2019

I had a full-time position, I worked in the women’s wear department then later moved to vision and technology department. Both positions required me to advise and help customers as well as keep areas stocked and tidy. I would cash up at the end of the day and would also set up monthly payment contracts for customers that requested it for larger electronics (Televisions, Computers etc). I would also set up customer orders and deliveries.

HMV, Part time staff (Sales assistant). June 2016 - February 2018

This was a part time job, I worked Saturday, Sunday and extra days during holiday periods; the shop was situation on a busy high street. My responsibilities were to keep the floor and film sections stocked and tidy, help customers to the best of my abilities, advise customers on different products around the store and serve on the tills. On Saturdays I would organise the new release stock, and on Sundays I would prepare the space and display the new release stock.

River Island, Full time staff (sales and service). June 11th, 2015 – September 18th 2015

This was a full-time job, I worked five days a week in a shop that is situated inside a busy shopping centre. My responsibilities were to look after the cash desk during my shifts and give the best service I could to the customers. Whilst working there I helped set up and work the big summer sale; I enjoyed this period a lot as it was constantly busy and fast paced.

GAME, Full time staff (sales assistant). August 2013 – July 2014

This was a full-time job, I was trained on tills but as I had previous experience (game station) I learnt quickly. I had a lot of responsibility in this job as I was given the role of pre-owned games with a colleague which involved organising and processing the preowned items that came into the shop, I also helped with commercial in the week and re-calls. Over Christmas I also helped train the temporary staff and during E3 (Electronic entertainment expo) I was asked to use the stores social network to let our customers know about the brand-new things in gaming that were coming out.

HMV, Part time staff (sales assistant). September 2012 - March 2013

I would do my job around my college and social time.

I was trained on the tills as well as using their computer systems. I was a key holder for the tills which gave me the responsibility of refunds, colleague discounts and opening the tills.

Gamestation, (temporary sales assistant). November 2011 – January 2012

This was a part time job before and after college hours.

I was placed on the tills and shop floor, so I always engaged with the customers and helped them when they needed it and gave them some advice about the games that they were buying. I completed all tasks that were given to me efficiently and to the best of my ability
